"We do not have to create who we are; indeed we have been created in utter perfection. We just need to discover what about our life is not who we are, and let it go." - Alan Cohen

Announcements, Yoga Workshops and Classes.

As we enter into the Lazy, Hazy, Crazy days of Summer - I’ve let go of planning any special events and shared some of my class responsibilities.   The goal is a focus on self care and extra time with family and friends.   I wish the same for you, and share the following prayer and poem for inspiration:

The South is summer, where cares are left behind & where action abounds. Spirit of the South, place of child like innocence & trust, place of action…help us become like children again; trusting, loving, innocent…expecting love. Help us live our lives with play, without fear, & with great self expression.  Help us live with freedom & joy, give us a sense of playfulness as we learn to trust once again in the process of living.

Every child has known God,

Not the God of names,

Not the God of don’ts,

Not the God who ever does anything weird,

But the God who knows only 4 words.

And keeps repeating them, saying:

“Come Dance with Me, come dance.”
